Come immerse yourself in the preeminent choral culture of the Frost School of Music! Work with our world-renowned faculty, connect with other artists from across the nation, and enriching yourself through the vocal arts!
Meet the Program Director

Matthew Brady
American conductor and tenor Matthew Brady joins the Frost School of Music as a new faculty member in Choral Studies. Brady previously served as Director of Choral Studies at the New Mexico Military Institute, Cal State San Bernadino, and he taught in the Michigan Public Schools.
In addition to his academic posts, Brady is in demand as a professional conductor and clinician. He is the Artistic Director of Collegium Musicum of Miami. Garnering praise for his engaging and dynamic leadership, he has recently led festival performances at Carnegie Hall, and served as guest conductor of the New Mexico All-State Choir and the Broward County Honor Choir. Brady enjoys an active professional choral singing career. Recent engagements include performances with the Philadelphia Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic, the Choral pick-up, Dallas Bach Choir, Dallas Choral Festival, and the Westminster Summer Festival Chorus. Prof. Brady's educational background includes Westminster Choir College, Western Michigan University, the University of North Texas, and Birmingham University in England as a protégé of three-time Grammy winner Simon Halsey.
Students must be in grades 9-12

Please list any vocal or instrumental experience you have.

2025 Program Tuition: $1,250
Tuition Includes: Program Instruction and performance, daily lunch, and program shirt. Program tuition does not include: on campus housing and commuter parking.
Note: Camp tuition does not include the Acceptd Application fee of $50.00.
On campus summer housing will be available for non-local program participants.
Housing Check in day: Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
Housing Check out day: Saturday, July 19, 2025 before 12:00pm.Cost for Program Housing: $950.00
Housing cost includes: Double Room occupancy for 6 nights, dorm linen package (bed sheet, comforter, pillow, bath towel, and washcloth), all daily meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) in our dorm dining hall.
Students electing to add housing will need to indicate it on the application when asked. More information will be posted on the website once the University Housing Office finalizes all logistics for the new summer sessions. Any questions should be directed to: frostsummerprograms@miami.edu.
