Susie Green is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Music Engineering Technology Department at the Frost School of Music, University of Miami, where she directs the Contemporary Electronics Studio and leads the Laptop Ensemble. A Miami native, music technologist, composer, vocalist, and performer, Susie brings a rare blend of industry experience and creative innovation to everything she does.

Her work lives at the intersection of sound, technology, and human creativity, from performing and recording as a signed songwriter with Sony/FIPP, to crafting immersive audio-visual installations at venues and international media art festivals across the globe. She has also established an annual electrifying Miami Music Week Afterparty at Frost's state-of-the-art Immersive Hormel Music Innovation Stage.

During the Frost Summer Experience, she invites students to step into the world of live electronic performance through the Electronic Ensemble, creating, collaborating, and performing original music and experiences together using electronics and interactive controllers.
